Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping: 3 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery.

Frozen Sea Moss Orders

Sea Moss Gel is shipped deep frozen as a perishable product. Please monitor your tracking information and retrieve your package promptly after delivery.

Upon receipt, Sea Moss Gel should be refrigerated or frozen promptly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package.
