What is Reiki healing? Reiki is a safe method of energy healing. Reiki energy healing works on all levels of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual aspects. Distance Reiki is a technique within Reiki that enables the practitioner to transmit Reiki energy beyond physical touch, without the person being in the same location and allows you to receive Reiki energy without the limitations of time and space. We all have access to the life force energy, otherwise known as our Chi, Qi or Prana, that flows through each and every living being. Distance Reiki is one of many ways to link and channel energy for the healing benefit of others. What does Reiki feel like? The experience varies from person to person. Most people report a sense of deep relaxation. Reiki encourages the release of emotional and chakra blockages, toxins, anxiety, fear and other negative energy. You may feel warmth, coolness, buzzing or vibrations, among other things. Some people report feeling in a dream like sate of relaxation and fall asleep during the session. How do I get remote Reiki? And what can I expect? After you book a session, I will contact you via email and give you instructions and answer any questions. During the session you can sit in meditation, lie down or just set aside a time you can have some quiet time to tune in and connect and receive. Reiki can also be sent to you while you are sleeping! And may even help you fall asleep quicker. All you need to do is relax, be open and receive the energy. I will focus on the main Reiki positions and the 7 chakras, opening, cleansing and balancing them all. I will also send extra healing to any areas of your concern as well as any areas that I maybe drawn to. I will pull any negative energy from your aura, then balance, recharge and seal your aura/energy field. To end the session I will ground your energy.
