PRIMARY SUPPORT & SERVICES(Included in birth doula fee) - Unlimited phone, text, informational support - Support at (1) prenatal appointment or meeting - Meal planning & nutritional education - Assistance with developing a birth plan - Educate regarding relaxation, visualization, and breathing skills - Assist Mom with planning for hospital stay - Assist Mom with planning for home birth - Assist Mom with planning for newborn and postpartum necessities
